FLAC Multi-Event Round is open to all FLAC athletes, there is no special entry it is just a different athletics day format.

Athletes will undertake a combination of events both track and field as they would normally each week however their placing will go to determine an overall score for the days competition.

1st, 2nd and 3rd are awarded to the athletes with the best scores from across the day.
